Cancellation Policy
It is understood that unanticipated events happen occasionally in everyone’s life. In our desire to be effective and fair to all clients, the following policies are honored:

"Day before" advance notice is required when canceling an appointment. This allows the opportunity for someone else to schedule an appointment. If you are unable to give "day before" advance notice you may be charged the full amount of your appointment. This amount must be paid prior to your next scheduled appointment.

PLEASE NOTE: Living in Colorado is a blessing and sometimes a challenge. I will do my best to keep massage appointments but on occasion will deem travel to be too risky. In these cases I will let you know as soon as I possibly can (hopefully the night before) if I'm going to cancel an appointment.

No-shows
Anyone who either forgets or consciously chooses to forgo their appointment time for whatever reason will be considered a “no-show.” They may be charged the full amount for their “missed” appointment.
